High Stangerthwaite Development
Initially 2 very large detached barns purchased, one grade 2 listed, planning obtained to change the largest barns from 1 barn in to 2 barns & then planning obtained for a new build annex attached to one of the barns which now has separate planning for a local occupancy new build. Development started in 2010 and all finished now.
